Rain and fog won't stop the Grab Bag!

I can't seem to trade in my old Shrouded Isles chest piece. What gives?

The Lady of the Jewels knew this question was coming up this week and was prepared: This seems to have caused a lot of confusion. Back in July, we updated some of the drops in the Shrouded Isles epic dungeons. This update included the class specific breastplates which drop in those dungeons. The first updated versions of the breastplates, though fine for Classic servers, were still not up to par with the high end gear on Trials of Atlantis enabled servers. Because of this, we made Trials of Atlantis versions of the breastplates and recently put in a trade-in NPC to upgrade the breastplates players had already gotten. This trade-in NPC was intended to allow players who had run the three Shrouded Isles epic dungeons since July and gotten an updated breastplate to get the right version of the chest piece for their ruleset. It was not meant to allow players who had gotten the original version of these breastplates before July to upgrade them as well.

However, due to overwhelming player feedback we will be altering the trade-in NPCs to accept the old original breastplates as well and exchange them for ruleset appropriate updated chest pieces on both Trials of Atlantis and Classic servers. We only ask that players understand that these breastplates are a special case and we do not plan to offer trade-ins for the updated Shrouded Isles dungeon loot in the future.

I've got a question. Why cant free armor be dyed and have class stats for level 20?

Twirling around in her chain the Lady of the Jewels explains: The level 20, 30, and 40 free armor sets are intended to give players who have used the /level command something to put on as opposed to having nothing at all when starting out. There are no plans to add stats to the free armor at this time. This armor was not made dyable since it is meant to be replaced soon after it has been acquired.

My question is with the items: Rucksack of Eternal Greed, Belt of Good Fortune and the Mythirian of Opulence. The question being is do they stack? I've noticed that while wearing these items increases my coin, but there is no way of really knowing because of randomness of mob coin drops. Mythic Rocks!

After a resounding /cheer the Lady of the Jewels says that our players rock! She also answered the question: The Rucksack of Eternal Greed and the Belt of Good Fortune have the same type of gold gain bonus, which caps at a total of 10%. Since they both give a bonus of 3% individually, players can get the full benefit of both at the same time. Mythirian bonuses are their own unique bonus type and so they should stack with the original gold gain bonus. I wanted to be sure this was the case, however, and so I paid the Shining Cavalier a visit to look through some code with me. We're both happy to say that the code supports my assumption and these two types of bonuses will indeed stack.

When using the Channelers (porters) on Gaheris and clicking on Shrouded Isles it shows the destinations you can go to. It shows the destinations for Hibernia and Albion but rather than showing Midgard destinations it shows Hibernia twice. Is this a bug or an oversight?

The Equalizer wasn't sure why that was happening but was happy to fix it: Thank you for bring this to our attention - this was changed with a Tuesday hot fix.

I recently leveled a Friar in Constantine's Sound while on Merlin. Once I reached Finnen for quests, I looked for the Albion equivalent to 'The Tolling Bell' from Midgard, that rewards an Armor Redemption Token for one final set of armor. However, I was unable to find anything from the corresponding NPC as I had when leveling up in Midgard. Since this quest is valuable for players leaving the tutorial area, am I simply looking in the wrong place?

With a quick glance at this quest, that quest and another quest Lady of the Jewels had this to say: Be sure to have completed the quests 'Taking Out the Trash' and 'Convoy' given in Holtham. Once in New Avalon, speak to George the Foreman and complete the quests he has for you. He will eventually give a quest called 'Deception Revealed' which sends you to Captain Alphus in Finnen. Captain Alphus gives the quest 'Supply and Demand,' and then the final quest 'The Tolling Bell.' Please note that this final quest can only be done from levels of 10 to 15.

I have recently received the Dragon Bane title for killing the Dragon 500 times. I was wondering is there a 5th Dragon title, if so how many kills is needed for it?

The Lady of the Jewels immediately went to the Shining Cavalier and they both were quite impressed that you were able to slay so many dragons: Dragon Bane is the final title that can be earned for Dragon kills. There are indeed only four titles for this in total. Congratulations on your achievement!

The Healer's realm rank 5 ability Sputin's Legacy is an instant cast which if used before death allows a self resurrect. The timer is supposed to be 30 seconds between use and death, however whenever I've used this ability it times out super fast. I haven't been able to use this ability in ages. Is it bugged or am I doing something wrong?

For this question I went straight to the Equalizer who did some testing and explaining: Sputin's Legacy currently does not function as a self-resurrect, as you have interpreted. Instead, the spell will check every time you take damage to see if that damage would have killed you. If you would have died from a hit, then Sputin's Legacy will heal you for a random amount and provide a 5-second immunity to all spell and melee damage, but your character will not actually die. However, when this heal is triggered, Sputin's Legacy is removed from the player, whether the 30-second timer has expired or not. This is probably why this ability seems to not be lasting the full 30-seconds - it is triggering before the 30 seconds are up.

Greetings! I have 3 questions regarding the player made shape change potions. When they were first added I thought it was really great, and never played unless I had them in my pack. The problem was they took too much inventory space, would it be possible to add multiple charges to a potion similar to the stat buff and other potions? Also would it be possible to add the 3 new races from the LOTM expansion as possible potions? Thanks in advance!

Potions! The Lady of the Jewels is on the case: There are actually Minotaur potions on the costume merchants. They are called Korazh potion (Albion), Graoch potion (Midgard), and Deifrang potion (Hibernia) and are only available from their own realm's merchants at this time. We will look into adding these potions to the Alchemists repertoire in a future patch as well as giving costume potions multiple charges.
