Account and Billing Issues

It's recently come to our attention that during the past week, customers were experiencing intermittent issues when attempting to submit emails to support@darkageofcamelot.com and dispute@darkageofcamelot.com. The result was some Account and Billing support requests not being processed properly.

Pendragon Fix

We’ve received reports of players falling behind when following players at Minstrel/Skald/Bard speed. Changes have been made on Pendragon which should address this issue. If you are experiencing this problem, we encourage you to test the Pendragon changes and share your results via the feedback form on the Camelot Herald.

Account Center Maintenance - 03/20

Update 10:00 am EDT: The maintenance is over. All functions of the account center are available again.

Greetings,

We will bring down the Account Center for a short maintenance tomorrow, Wednesday March 20th, at 5am EDT (10:00 CET). During the maintenance you will not be able to change subscription, redeem game codes or transfer characters.

At the moment we anticipate the Account Center to be back online at 10:00am EDT (15:00 CET).

Mordred Maintenance

Mordred is being taken offline for maintenance. There is currently no estimated time of restoration, but we will update this post with information as we proceed through the maintenance. All other Live servers are unaffected, and will remain operational during this Mordred downtime.

Housing Issues

We are aware of a Housing issue on Ywain which has caused some players to have their house repossessed despite having sufficient funds in their house unit lockbox or on their Consignment Merchant. We are investigating the issue and will have a resolution as quickly as possible.

Account Center Maintenance - 02/14

Brief Maintenance

Update 8:45am: All servers are back online.

Ywain will be taken offline Thursday, February 7th at 8:00AM EST / 1400 CET for brief maintenance. The downtime should be very quick and Ywain is expected to come back up no later than 9:00AM EST / 1500 CET. During this maintenance, the Archived Servers will be unavailable. Restoration of the Archived servers is expected no later than 2:00PM EST / 2000 CET. During this maintenance window, transfers from Archived Servers to Ywain will be unavailable. We will post updates during the maintenance.

Server Maintenance

Update 8:00pm: All servers are back online.

All Live and Archived servers will be taken offline for scheduled server maintenance on Wednesday, February 6th, 2013. All servers will come down at 5:00 AM EST/1100 CET. Ywain’s downtime is scheduled to be brief with access restored no later than 9AM EDT/1500 CET. Access to Gaheris, Mordred, and Pendragon is expected no later than 11:00AM EST / 1700 CET and the Archived servers should be restored no later than 8:00PM EST / 0200 CET. Additional information and updates will be posted on Wednesday morning.

Your patience is appreciated as we work to restore service as quickly as possible.

Ywain Maintenance

Update 12:00pm: The Ywain servers back online.

Ywain will be taken offline Tuesday, January 29th at 7:00AM EST / 1300 CET for maintenance related to the New Frontiers latency issues over the past week. The server is expected to come up no later than 12:00PM EST / 1800 CET. We will post updates during the maintenance.
