Greetings friends!

We've recently begun working on some How-To Videos to help get players into the game! Our first two videos deal with the Account Center, specifically how to recover a lost account and how to update your billing payment information. Be sure to check out the videos below and pass them on to anyone you know who may find them useful.

Brief Gaheris Maintenance

Edit 6:20PM: Gaheris is back online. 

Gaheris will be coming down to rectify an issue with housing. 

Downtime is expected to be about 1 hour. We will update the Herald when the server is back online. 

Account Center Issues

We have received some recent reports of players experiencing difficulty making changes to their Dark Age of Camelot accounts via the Mythic Account Center. Maintenance is being  performed and these issues should be resolved shortly. 

We will provide an update when the maintenance is complete.

Brief Ywain Maintenance

UPDATE: Ywain is back up! Thank you very much for your patience, and please pardon the interruption.

Ywain will be coming down at 11:30AM EDT / 1730 CET for a very brief maintenance to resolve an issue with Darkness Falls. The expected downtime is less than one hour. 

We will provide an update when Ywain is back online.

Account and Billing Issues

It's recently come to our attention that during the past week, customers were experiencing intermittent issues when attempting to submit emails to support@darkageofcamelot.com and dispute@darkageofcamelot.com. The result was some Account and Billing support requests not being processed properly.

Game Update: 1.110 Artifact Replacement

Due to an issue with the artifact replacement process, we have temporarily disabled the following NPCs:

• Albion: Apprentice Learon
• Midgard: Apprentice Kleta
• Hibernia: Apprentice Tlaula

Account Center Maintenance - 08/29

Update 5:00 pm EDT: The Account Center is back online.

Greetings,

We will bring down the Account Center for a short maintenance at 4:15 pm EDT today. During the maintenance you will not be able to change subscription, redeem game codes or transfer characters.

At the moment we anticipate the Account Center to be back online at 6:30 pm EDT.

Code Activation Maintenance in the Account Center

Update 10:00 am EDT: Code activation has been re-enabled on the account center. You can once again enter game cards, item codes etc. in the account management under ‘Activate a Key’.

The process to activate will undergo an maintenance today. As a result, code activation on the account center will be disabled until tomorrow morning.

Please keep an eye on the Herald to learn when the activation is available again.
