In order to provide the best customer service for our players, the Customer Service department offers different channels for you to get in contact with us.
In-Game Support
In the game, you can contact our Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
If you need help, you can enter an /APPEAL in the game for a CSR to come to you and help you.
Technical or Billing Support
You can contact the Technical or Billing Support departments several ways.
For English support, you can:

- Go to help.ea.com. Click on the “Contact Us” link on that page and follow the simple steps to “Chat” or set up a “Call Back” if the option is available to you.
For German and French support, you can:

- Please add your phone number to the email if you would like us to call you back.
DAoC Knowledgebase
We maintain a database of common problems, feedback and questions/answers that occur in Dark Age of Camelot. We call this the DAOC Knowledge Base. You may search this knowledge base for all kinds of information pertaining to the game to-date.
