Players on Ywain can speak with the Emain Macha Teleporter NPC in Old Frontiers Emain Macha to receive the quest: [Breifine] Blood for Lilith.

This quest is repeatable, auto renews and auto completes. Completely this quest awards a Lilith Coin which can be turned into the same NPC for various rewards including:

• Mythirians
• Dominion Shields
• Starlight Weapon Token
• Crossroads Covenant Event Cosmetics (Wings, Cloak, Mask Patterns (1 use))
  • Previous faction not required
• Special Weapons Box
• Various other potions and items
