Greetings and salutations,

It’s been quite a while since I last spoke to everyone. We’ve been really busy working on the New User Journey that Stuart mentioned a couple months back as well as other features that will enhance the DAoC experience.  One of which is within our battlegrounds.

Version 1.109c Goes Live - 09/20

Update 11:00 am EDT: All servers are back online. Enjoy the new version.

Update 6:00 am EDT: All server are now offline. Maintenance has begun.


Greetings!

We will be bringing all servers offline on Tuesday, 09/20, for the implementation of Patch 1.109c. All servers will be coming down at 6:00 am EDT / 12:00 pm CEST. We anticipate that all servers will be back online no later than 2:00 pm EDT / 8:00 pm CEST.

Please be sure to check the Herald for updates regarding this downtime.

Anniversary Art Work

Last week you saw the first three pieces of DAoC 10th anniversary work of art. Some of you already figured out how to combine them. Here are the three characters of the centerpiece.

The question is: Who is going to win this fight? And which of other classes (one for each realm) are partially visible?

After the Elf Eldritch and the Troll Warrior it is time to add Albion into the mix. Here is our next piece of the 10th anniversary work of art: a Briton Paladin.

Hot Fix Notes for Pendragon Version 1.109c

  • Many encounters in Summoner’s Hall have been adjusted.

  • Based on feedback, the items in Summoner’s Hall have been updated.

  • Multiple new items have been added to Aidon the Archwizard, Mera, Nychta, and Ard Tiarna Kieren.

With version 1.109c ready to go, we want to start focusing on the content of version 1.110 and the hub system of the new user journey. We have approached the developers to write down some of their thoughts and we will share them with you in the weeks to come.

Greetings,

We have only 4 weeks to go until Dark Age of Camelot reaches its 10th anniversary on October 10th. It is time to slowly reveal another asset we have prepared for the celebration – a huge work of art depicting the ongoing battles.

The first bit we want to show you ... well, you all should recognize a Void Eldritch Elf if you see one, right?
