    Breach Event: The Abyss Reopened

    Created by

    |

The barriers between worlds tremble once more. Deep beneath the realms, ancient seals fracture and the fiery abyss reawakens, allowing demonic entities to claw their way back into our lands. Terrifying lords of flame and shadow surge forth through unstable breaches, threatening to engulf the frontiers in chaos once again.

But this time… they test our defenses, realm by realm.

For the next three weeks, a powerful demonic boss will take root within a different frontier. Their arrival will shatter the skies with fire and fury – bringing danger, challenge, and opportunity to all who dare face them. Whether friend or foe, all realms may strike these monstrosities down… if they can survive the onslaught.

Week 1 begins in Albion, where the demonic presence has corrupted Hadrian’s Wall and Pennine Mountains. Prepare your forces, rally your allies, and confront the abyssal threat head-on.

Adventurers should speak with the following NPC’s to receive two quests:

    • Albion: Lady Idris in Catterick Hamlet
    • Hibernia: Yda Llonwy in Crair Treflan
    • Midgard: Fathor in Godrborg

    Harvesting Crystals

Harvest the crystals that have appeared at the ruins of the old maze of Pennine Mountains. This quest is repeatable and awards 5,000 Bounty Points and 500 Realm Points (affected by bonuses) per turn in.

    [Breach] Further Breaches

The rifts have reopened, the demons have returned. Defeat these threats and put a stop to their encroachment to our world!

This is a repeatable (does not auto renew) quest and is a Battlegroup encounter. Completing the quest by defeating all three mobs awards you with 5,000 Realm Points (affected by bonuses) and a usable crate which will provide one of the following:

    • Various Trophies
    • Realm Point Bonus Potions
    • Extended Potions
    • Wares from Dungeons of Old

The demonic mobs now drop Magic Head Orbs. The rewards also have a very small chance to drop Catacombs bows.

The Breach mini event will run until Tuesday November 4th, 2025.

    1.129b Pendragon Patch Notes

    Created by

    |

Our Pendragon Test server has been updated with Patch 1.129b!

    Highlights

    • Quality of Life Changes
    • Bug Fixes
    • Class Balance

Please hop on Pendragon and check out the below changes. Let us know your thoughts and report any issues you may find in the 1.129b patch channels in our official DAoC Discord, thank you!

Click the image below to check out the latest patch notes.

    Important Note:

    • We highly suggest duplicating your game directory and using the duplicate copy as a Pendragon-only game directory *before* patching and testing on Pendragon.

      • This means duplicating the entire “Labyrinth” folder (usually found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Labyrinth) to another location and using that copied folder exclusively for Pendragon testing.
      • If you do not do this, you *will* experience issues when patching from Pendragon back to live.

        • To force the live client to fix these issues, you will need to delete the mft.myp in your game’s directory and then run the camelot.exe patcher again.

For those interested in testing on Pendragon, follow the character copy process here!
