Happy Birthday to you...Happy Birthday to you...

I've been trying to get a hold of a Gem of Thunder. Oddly enough, there isn't a single one listed on the various markets (which is odd for a ToA item on Gaheris). Is this item still available? If so, what drops it?

The Lady of the Jewels traveled to all the servers to find your answer: The Gem of Thunder is a rare drop from Lord Dasirual, a centaur in Green Glades. I did some testing and it appears this jewel does drop on all servers.

I've been searching websites and my own information to find an equivalent to the Cursed Crypt Bracer in Albion to such a magical source on Midgard. My searches have been futile please lend me your knowledge! /dance

With her birthday hat on the Lady of the Jewels suggests: If you are looking for items that have the same heal-over-time charge for the wrist slot, the first that come to my mind are the rare bracers that drop from Beliathan in Darkness Falls. These items are called: Hardened Wormhide Wrap, Worked Wormhide Wrap, and Tanned Wormhide Wrap. I hope this helps you, my dancing friend.

I've recently starting skilling up Siegecraft. I notice when making Ballista/Palintone ammo (which has metal in the recipe), I do not get metalworking skill points. Is this by design or a bug?

With a search into the design documents the Lady of the Jewels confirms: This was by design. Originally, no sub-skills leveled up along with Seigecraft. Later on, Woodworking was added as a sub-skill since it is needed to repair doors in the Frontiers.

I have all my crafting skills over 1000 skill and recently I noticed that I am no longer able to repair my non-artifact bows. When I right click my bow(s), the info and salvage buttons are available. The craft and repair buttons are grayed out. When I right click my artifact bow(s), the info and repair buttons are available, but the craft and salvage buttons are grayed out. The reason I inquire is, recently I was able to self repair my Cuuldurach Corruption. Now I cannot. Is this a bug?

The Lady of the Jewels switched to an archer hat for this answer: I took Cuuldurach's Corruption out for some testing, and from what I can tell this bow should be able to be repaired by someone with a Fletching of 1130 and Woodworking of 1300. If the bow is already fully repaired, however, it will have the Repair option grayed out. Artifacts cannot be repaired by any player crafters. Since they do not lose durability, they are more expensive to repair and must be taken to an NPC Smith.

Hey, I found a bug in the game! How should I go about submitting it?

The Equalizer took a few moments to describe what you should do: The easiest way to submit a bug to our QA Team is by using the /report function. Type /report, and then a brief summary of the bug that you have found, and hit enter, it will be automatically submitted to our QA Team for evaluation. Note: Any reports sent to the QA department will not be responded to, so if you need to talk to a CSR, please use the /appeal function instead.

Please be as clear as you can about what, exactly, is the problem. Sending a bug report about 'My spell doesn't work' is unhelpful, as it is impossible to determine which spell you are reporting. However, saying, 'The Wizard spell Fingers of Ice is not rooting the player that I cast it on.' will allow QA to attempt to reproduce the issue. Providing the situation is also helpful - if this is only occurring in a specific zone, or if it is only occurring when certain buffs are active, then include that - the more specific you can be, the more helpful the bug report will be. Note: When you submit a bug report, your exact location is transmitted with the bug, so if it is only occurring in a specific location, send the bug report from that location, if possible. This is especially important for issues that deal with the terrain and art of the game.

The more helpful you are, the easier it will be to reproduce and test the issues that you send in, and the more likely it is that the bug will get fixed.

My question has to do with the realm ability Mastery of Pain. Each level of this ability is suppose to increase your percentage of chance to critical hit in melee. I wanted to know if a Necromancer has this ability does this apply to his pet while he's a shade or does it only applies to the Character itself?

The Equalizer without even looking up from the computer screen says yes: Putting Realm Points into the Realm Ability Mastery of Pain will increase your pet's chance to achieve critical strikes in melee combat.

I have looked and looked, asked and asked with no luck. My question is: For the Necromancer class what stats/attributes pass from the Necro to the pet? Example: if I make my Necro the sigil armor which adds +10AF does that pass to pet? Does my HP, Int, Dex and all of that pass to pet or what? Can't find this information anywhere so far, please help.

After taking a few moments to pull up a file or three, the Equalizer says: Your Hit Points will transfer over to the Necromancer Pet when summoned, increasing the pet's Maximum Hit Points. This value is calculated from both your Constitution and Hit Point Bonuses. No other stats will be transferred over to the pet.

Necromancer pets are supposed to be immune from the spell effect of any 'Confuse Spells' according to the patch note for patch 1.75. However after a sudden rash of RvR experiences and some testing I have found that Necromancer pets are indeed affected by the spells without question. Was there a patch returning this or are the patch note mistaken?

With the mention of 1.75 the Equalizer went into search and find the answer mode: We have identified a bug with two of the Necromancer pets that cause them to be affected by Confusion spells, and are working on a fix for them. Thank you for pointing this out to us.
