1.123A Pendragon Hot Fix

Known Issues

  • Pets are not currently firing some of their self-buffs properly, causing them to repeatedly attempt casting them. This will be fixed in a later version prior to 1.123 going live.

Use Limitations

  • Fixed a bug causing the Use Limitations effect to not properly prevent the firing of other uses in certain cases.
  • Shades of Mist can once again be used.

Cleric

  • Divine Vengeance, the level 44 Smite direct damage nuke, has changed as follows:
    • Damage lowered from 225 to 214.
    • Range reduced from 1650 to 1500.
      • All subsequent versions have had their range reduced to 1500.
    • The damage reflection has had its values reduced as follows:
      • Level 30 – Rapturous Reflection – Reduced from 10% to 7%.
      • Level 40 – Radiant Reflection – Reduced from 15% to 10%.
      • All other values remain unchanged.
    • The PBAoE instant direct damage shout has returned to the following levels in Smite specialization. Its values remain unchanged.
      • Level 8 – Drive Evil
      • Level 18 – Repulse Evil
      • Level 28 – Dispel Evil
      • Level 38 – Banish Evil
      • Level 48 – Annihilate Evil
    • The level 50 ability, Ascendance, can no longer be used with Mastery of Concentration (MoC) active.
      • With Ascendance active:
        • If MoC is used, MoC will overwrite and cancel Ascendance.
      • With MoC active:
        • If Ascendance is used, MoC will prevent Ascendance from activating.
      • The heal proc debuff has had its casting time decreased to 2.8s at all levels, down from 3.5s.
      • The AoE direct damage spell has been removed. This was not noted in the original notes.

Druid

  • The single target snare has had its reuse timer reduced from 60 to 30 seconds at levels 33 and 43.
  • The PBAoE root has been replaced by the new level 50 spell Heart of Nature. This was not in the original notes.
  • In addition to the tree, there are now bear, lynx, and wolf versions of the nature sage.
    • The Lynx Sage has its own Dexterity/Quickness buff.
    • The Wolf Sage has its own damage add buff.
    • The Bear Sage has its own Constitution buff.
    • The Nature Sage has its own disease defensive proc.
  • The heal over time component of the new Nature single-target heals has been reduced as follows
    • Level 6 – Regenerating Heal – From 50 to 10 over 10 seconds.
    • Level 16 – Regenerating Resurgence – From 100 to 70 over 10 seconds.
    • Level 26 – Regenerating Regrowth – From 220 to 130 over 10 seconds.
    • Level 36 – Regenerating Renascence – From 400 to 190 over 10 seconds.
    • Level 46 – Regenerating Apotheosis – From 800 to 250 over 10 seconds.
    • The heal values remain unchanged.
    • The HoTs now correctly heal the target instead of the Druid.
  • The new group heal over time values have been reduced as follows:
    • Level 9 – Healing Breeze – From 5% to 4% over 10 seconds.
    • Level 19 – Recuperating Breeze – From 10% to 5% over 10 seconds.
    • Level 29 – Regenerating Breeze – From 20% to 7% over 10 seconds.
    • Level 39 – Renewing Breeze – From 30% to 10% over 10 seconds.
    • Level 49 – Regrowing Breeze – From 50% to 15% over 10 seconds.
    • The heal values remain unchanged.
    • The HoTs now correctly heal the target instead of the Druid.

Infiltrator

  • Vanish has been removed from Stealth specialization.
    • Assassins will need to perform a skill respec in order to see this change in their Stealth specialization.
  • Vanish is once again a trainable Realm Ability.
    • Assassins will need to perform a realm respec on Pendragon to see Vanish in their realm ability list at their trainer.
  • Critical Strike specialization now contains the following styles:
    • Level 2 – Backstab – Rear, stealthed – Low End – Devastating Damage – Med. Hit Bonus – Med. Def. Penalty – 2s stun.
    • Level 4 – Eviscerate – Follows Backstab – Med. End – Med. Damage – Low Hit Bonus – Low Def. Penalty – 16% Attack Speed debuff, 20s duration.
    • Level 6 – Kidney Rupture – Follows Eviscerate – High End – Very High damage – High Hit Bonus – High Def. Penalty – 8 damage, 4s tick, 20s duration bleed.
    • Level 8 – Pincer – Side – Med. End – High Damage – Low Hit Bonus – High Def. Penalty – 4s stun.

Mauler

  • The power costs of “Gift of Albion/Midgard/Hibernia” spell should now all be correctly 30%.
  • The self-offensive heal proc, Gift of Renewal, is once again learned at 41 Aura Manipulation. Like Gift of Nethuni, it does not require a Mauler Staff or any Mauler Staff specialization to cast.
  • Gift of Nethuni reuse timer lowered from 60 to 45 seconds.
  • Gift of Arasthai power cost reduced from 40% to 30%.

Minstrel

  • Instrument animation added to the spell range increase song.
  • The new Minstrel songs (celerity, cast range increase, and secondary magic resistance) have had their initial cast times increased from 2s to 3.5s.
    • Please note that these spells must be re-cast when their durations expire and do not automatically refresh like chants.

Nightshade

  • Vanish has been removed from Stealth specialization.
    • Assassins will need to perform a skill respec in order to see this change in their Stealth specialization.
  • Vanish is once again a trainable Realm Ability.
    • Assassins will need to perform a realm respec on Pendragon to see Vanish in their realm ability list at their trainer.

Shaman

  • The damage on Blight Surge has been reduced from 317 to 50.
  • The cooldown on the level 47 Mold Explosion has been increased from 4s to 6s.
  • The values on the endurance cost increase debuff have changed as follows:
    • Spell is no longer removable by right clicking the debuff.
  • Level 8 – Tiring Curse – Reduced from 25% to 10%.
  • Level 18 – Waning Curse – Reduced from 50% to 25%.
  • Level 28 – Demanding Curse – Reduced from 100% to 50%.
  • Level 38 – Exacting Curse – Reduced from 150% to 75%.
  • Level 48 – Exhausting Curse – Reduced from 200% to 100%.
  • The power cost increase debuff has changed as follows:
    • The 30s reuse on the power cost increase debuff should be properly functioning again.
    • The reuse timer on this spell should no longer share a timer with the heal over time from Augmentation specialization.
    • There was an issue raising costs higher than their description. This has been fixed.
    • The debuff now costs 25% power to cast at all levels.
  • The single-target health regen spells have been changed as follows:
    • Duration decreased from 30s to 20s.
    • Level 16 – Frigg’s Cure – Remains at 75 health.
    • Level 21 – Frigg’s Elixir – Remains at 125 health.
    • Level 27 – Frigg’s Panacea – Reduced from 250 to 200 health.
    • Level 32 – Frigg’s Remedy – Reduced from 500 to 300 health.
    • Level 43 – Frigg’s Balm – Reduced from 750 to 500 health.
    • These spells do not co-exist or stack with the group-target versions. Only the highest value spell will apply on the target.
  • The group-target health regen spells have been changed as follows:
    • Duration decreased from 30s to 20s.
    • Level 26 – Fungal Rejuvenation – Increased from 81 to 175 health.
    • Level 35 – Fungal Regeneration – Increased from 108 to 250 health.
    • Level 46 – Fungal Restoration – Increased from 141 to 450 health.
    • These spells do not co-exist or stack with the single-target versions. Only the highest value spell will apply on the target.

Skald

  • Songs should no longer drop after a random amount of time.
  • Frost Hammer has returned to its original effect, a 15 second, 40% melee snare.
  • Grand Finale has changed as follows:
    • Range reduced from 2000 to 1500.
    • Duration decreased from 9 to 5 seconds.
      • +Duration% item bonuses no longer affect this ability.
    • Damage percentage reflected back to the attacker has been reduced from 100% to 75%.
  • The cap on the number of songs a Skald can maintain has been raised to 12.

Vampiir

  • Eye Shot’s damage has been increased from High to Very High.
    • Its damage remains much lower than Lung Shot or Knee Cap still as it’s a front positional.
  • Vampiiric Feint’s spell critical hit chance effect has been reduced from 50% to 25%.
  • The Shadow Mastery Flight of Darkness line of speed spells can now be cast in combat. These spells still require the Vampiir to stop and cast and can still be interrupted.
